During this 90 minute guided cook-along, Chef Za will teach your young chef how to prepare taco-seasoning, pico de gallo, and chicken tacos. They will also leave class with more confidence in their knife skills, how to properly use measuring spoons, kitchen safety, and an understanding of the cultural difference between Tex-Mex and Mexican cuisine. You will receive the grocery shopping list, supplies list, and zoom link upon check out!

Chef Za combines her zesty personality with her love for travel and fresh ingredients to curate memorable culinary experiences that drive impact. Eager to translate her love for cooking into a business, she founded Zaza’s Kitchen in 2018 as an undergraduate student. Upon researching how to address food-related health disparities in Black communities as a doctoral Sociology student, she pivoted into becoming a full time chefpreneur. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Spelman College, a Food and Nutrition Teacher Certificate from Columbia University, and a Health Coaching certificate from Integrative Institute of Nutrition.
