Sparkling Blackberry Ginger Lemonade
This blackberry ginger lemonade is the perfect way for you and your loved ones to cool down on a hot summer day. The balance of tart from the blackberry puree and the sweetness with a little punch makes for the perfect blend. The club soda adds the perfect fizz. In making the lemonade, you do strain the seeds, so you won't have to be bothered by them whatsoever. Also, don't worry... if blackberries intimidate you, you can replace them with raspberries or blueberries. This drink can be spiced up even more by adding a splash of your favorite spirits. If you plan to use club soda, make sure that you serve it immediately. After a few hours, the club soda will become flat. If you plan to make this and store it, I suggest using only still water. Cheers!

Blend & Strain Berries- In a blender, add 2 tbsp sugar with blackberries and puree until smooth. Next, press puree through mesh sieve into a bowl using a rubber spatula to get rid of seeds.
