Mango Pico

It’s a party with every bite! This recipe can be made in under 10 minutes and goes perfectly with tacos, cilantro lime shrimp, grilled chicken, your favorite burrito bowl, taco salad...the list really goes on! Happy slicing and dicing!

Ingredients:

1 red bell pepper (optional), finely diced

½ red onion, finely diced

1 jalapeño, deseeded and finely diced

3 medium mangos, diced

1 lime

Handful cilantro, chopped

Kosher salt



  1. Mix and Season- Add bell pepper, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and mango to a bowl. Next, add the juice of 1 lime and kosher salt to taste. Mix ingredients and serve with tacos, cilantro lime shrimp, tortilla chips or with your favorite burrito bowl.
